A familiar hit carried a different companion in America — with an opening you may not recognise.

The UK seven-inch paired Just Can’t Get Enough with Any Second Now. The US seven-inch instead carried Tora! Tora! Tora! The official archive identifies a specific difference: that B-side has a clean introduction, whereas the song is crossfaded from the previous track on Speak & Spell. It also notes that the US single had no picture sleeve. [1]
An opening changes the encounter
Our listening suggestion is to hear the album transition first, then the standalone introduction if you have access to that edition.
