Hear the same original 112 BPM synth loop through two synchronized signal paths. This is a browser-generated demonstration, not a commercial master or an isolated Depeche Mode recording.

What you are hearing: the actual effects chain
Source: a repeating 16-step original synthesized pattern, with a short amplitude envelope.
A: low-pass filter at 1800 Hz (Q 0.7) → parallel dry signal, 3/16-second delay at 18% level, and algorithmically generated 1.4-second convolution reverb at 18% level → compressor (−22 dB threshold, 3:1 ratio).
B: the same source without those effects. Both paths share a conservative output gain. This is an effects demonstration, not a loudness-normalized mastering comparison. A linear crossfade is used because the paths contain related audio.
The reverb impulse is generated noise with a decay envelope; it is not a captured vintage unit or a named studio space.
